Elves age as described in the Pathfinder rules, except that they do not die of old age. Determine maximum age normally, however: when an elf who has lived past his “maximum” age dies for other reasons, it is equivalent to a death by old age, meaning that he cannot be brought back to life. An elderly elf never knows what his maximum age is, or if he has exceeded it; as such, you don’t need to actually roll for maximum age until he is killed and someone attempts to raise him, and you need to determine if it will work. The epic feat Extend Life Span is understandably popular among the oldest of elves.
All elves, even drow, use the same stats as the standard elves. “Subraces” are merely cultural divisions.
